Reservation & Payment
After your application is approved, to ensure a smooth process and peace of mind, we ask for a $500 reservation fee before you get to choose your puppy. This guarantees your pick and helps us plan for their transition home. We accept payments via Zelle or cash.
Please note: reservation fees are nonrefundable.
Puppies must be paid for in full by seven weeks of age—unless you’re paying in cash at pickup. For local pickups, we require final payment in cash on Go Home Day.
We’re happy to keep your puppy here with us until they’re nine weeks old at no extra charge. After that, a boarding fee of $20 per day will apply and must be paid before your puppy goes home.
If your puppy will be transported to you, there are additional fees to cover necessary arrangements:
- $50 for ground transport or a required Health Certificate
- $200 for flight transport, which includes the certificate, vet visit, and our six-hour round trip to the airport
Bringing Puppy Home
Now that your Spicewood Valley puppy is officially yours, it’s time to get prepared! There are a few essential supplies to pick up, some calls to make, and a few to-do’s to check off your list before Go Home Day.
