Do you understand that puppies can be difficult for the first year of their life and will require you to adjust your personal life to accommodate their needs?

Do you understand that the timing of litters is uncontrolled, as well as a successful pregnancy. We are not able to control the timing of heat cycles. In the event a reservation list is cancelled, you will be given other upcoming options. Heat cycles and timing is not guaranteed.

Puppy selection is done between 6 and 8 weeks of age depending on if the litter includes a breeders pick. Once you choose which puppy will be the best fit for my family, you agree to pay the remaining balance before picking up your puppy.

Do you understand that clients choose in the order of the date the reservation fee was received and clients can choose any puppy available to them at their selection time and placement. If a client misses the scheduled puppy pick Zoom or Facetime meeting and is unreachable by phone during their selection time frame, then they will forfeit their placement. Do you understand and agree to the selection day process and that there may be a breeder pick that will take pick of the litter.

Do you understand that puppies must be picked up after 9 weeks of age. There will be three days for pick-up which will always be a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. These dates will be announced prior to selections. If unforeseeable events occur that delay you from picking up your puppy on those designated days, you agree to pay an additional $20 boarding/training fee per day.
